摘要
某批次YL82B预应力钢丝用热轧盘条发生拉拔断裂,对其不同断口进行宏观观察和微观分析。结果表明,盘条断裂的主要原因是产品存在表面缺陷和异常组织。最后提出了改善盘条质量的建议。
A batch of hot rolled wire rod for YL82 B prestressed steel wire fractured during drawing.Macroscopic observation and micro analysis were carried out on different fracture surfaces.The results show that the main reason for wire rod fracture was the surface defects and abnormal microstructure of the product.Finally,suggestions for improving the quality of wire rod were put forward.
