随着信息技术的发展,企业管理也在发生巨大的变化,也将迎来规模更空前、影响更深刻的变化。接下来的三十年,互联网将展现更多的魅力,让社会生活的每个方面都离不开互联网。21世纪将会更加体现人才的重要性,人们对"人才的时代"这一概念将会有更深的体会,企业对人力资源管理将提出更高期望。本文试图从O2O电子商务模式中获取一些灵感,为当下的人力资源管理的发展提供可行的思路。
With the development of information technology,business management is also a huge change,it will usher in a more unprecedented scale,more profound impact.As Ma Yun said:the next thirty years,the Internet will show more charm,Internet technology will be more comprehensive integration into the all aspects of social life.Twenty-first Century will more reflect the importance of talent,people on the 'era of talent' this concept will have a deeper understanding of human resource management will be more high expectations,therefore,this paper attempts to get some inspiration from the current very popular O2Oe-commerce mode,for the current development of human resource management to provide feasible ideas.
