摘要
为开发性价比高的防护服隔热层材料,采用水刺工艺制备不同耐高温纤维质量配比的非织造隔热层材料,分析芳砜纶、芳纶1313、芳纶1414不同混纺比隔热层的力学、透气、热稳定、阻燃及热防护性能。结果表明:随着芳砜纶含量的增加,隔热层的阻燃、热稳定性能提高,但力学性能下降;隔热层中芳砜纶/芳纶1313/芳纶1414的质量配比为40/40/20时,性价比最高。
To develop an insulation layer with high performance to price ratio for protective clothing, the performance of spunlaced nonwovens of polysulfonamide (PSA), aramid 1313 and andaramid 1414 fibers at different blending ratios was investigated in terms of mechanical performance, air permeability, high temperature resistance, flame retardancy and thermal protective performance(TPP). The results showed that the flame retardancy and high temperature resistance were improved, but the mechanical performance declined with the increase of the content of PSA fiber in the insulation layer. Consequently, when an optimal blending ratio of PSA/aramid 1313/ aramid 1414 fibers was 40/40/20, the performance-price ratio was highest.
