摘要 综述了目前国内外单兵阻燃战训服的发展现状,以及阻燃战训服用纤维及面料的研究进展,介绍了纤维及面料用阻燃剂和阻燃标准。目前单兵战训服用高性能纤维及面料的制备技术已成熟,如芳纶、芳香族聚酰亚胺纤维、三聚氰胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑纤维、芳砜纶等及其织物,且战训服用阻燃剂已转向清洁、高效、绿色阻燃剂发展。今后,阻燃战训服应保证士兵肢体活动的灵活性,需要优选轻质高效的隔热材料如气凝胶来满足战训服的隔热性能,同时战训服还应具有良好的穿着舒适性。 The development situation of flame retardant combating uniform for soldiers was reviewed in China and abroad, as was the research progress in the fibers and fabrics for flame retardant combating uniform. The flame retardant and flame retardant standard for the fibers and fabrics were introduced. The preparation technology for the high-performance fibers and fabrics for combating uniform has matured, such as aramid fiber, aromatic polyimide fiber, melamine fiber, poly ( p -phenylenebenzobisox- azole) fiber, polysulfonamide fiber and their fabrics. The flame retardants for combating unifonn have been developed toward the trend of clean, high performance and green. The flame retardant combating uniform should ensure the flexibility of physic',fl activ- ities, satisfy the heat insulation property through selecting light and high-effeciency aerogel insulation material and provide favora- ble wearing comfort as well.
