摘要 以六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、甲醇等为主要原料,经一次甲醚化反应合成了高度醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,并确定其最佳的合成工艺条件为:六羟甲基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与甲醇物质的量比为1:30,盐酸为催化剂,调节反应体系pH为3.5~4.5,55℃下反应6h后再用氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH为8.0 ~9.0,减压蒸馏回收甲醇.在此工艺条件下得到的产品质量稳定,150℃下烘2h后,产品的黏度及固含量质量指标与市场同类产品相近. Highly etherized melamine formaldehyde resin was synthesized with hexamethylolmelamine formaldehyde resin and methanol as the materials in an one-stage etherification process,and the optimum synthesis conditions were identified as follows:molar ratio of hexamethylolmelamine formaldehyde resin to methanol is 1:30,the catalyst is hydrochloric acid,pH value of the reaction system is adjusted to 3.5 to 4.5 first and then to 8.0 to 9.0 with sodium hydroxide solution after subjected to reaction at 55 ℃ for 6 h,and methanol is recovered by vacuum distillation.The quality of the product produced at such conditions was stable,and the quality indexes like viscosity and solid content,etc.were similar to those of the products of the same kind in the market.
