摘要
消防员面对的火场环境日益复杂,研发相应的个体防护装甲对于保护消防员的生命安全有着重要意义。分析与归纳了现有防护材料的物理与化学特性、材料特性对造型产生的影响。基于材料的特性,运用材料防护的基本原理,结合人体上身的运动特点,提出了消防员上体防护装甲材料、结构、外观的整体设计方案。基于材料特性分析的设计方法对于其他种类的防护装备设计有一定的参考价值。
The sunoundings that the firemen face are increas- ingly complex,the development of corresponding individual protec- tion armor is important for keeping the firemen safe. The physical and chemical properties of the current materials and the influence of the materials" properties to modeling are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of the material ,applying the principles of material protection,combined with tile motion characteristics of hmnan body, the overall design scheme about materials, structure and ap- pearance of firemen upper body protection armor is put forward. The design method based on material characteristics analysis pro- vides references for design of other protection equipments.
