摘要
本研究采用实证研究法,文献资料法,逻辑分析法,对科研资助机构项目申请书内容科研伦理分类分析,结合科研资助机构科研伦理注意义务法律来源,对比了发达国家与我国科研机构科研伦理注意义务在项目申请书中履行情况,发现我国科研资助机构项目申请书普遍缺乏科研伦理提示内容,未尽到科研伦理注意义务。因此,我国科研资助机构应当借鉴其他国家经验,承担社会责任,实现机构职能,在项目申请书中完善人类受试者保护、动物保护、环境保护三部分的内容,提示科研人员在申请资助及研究时重视科研伦理。
Through empirical research, literature review and logical analysis, we analyzed the research eth- ics contents of project application from research funding agencies, and analyzed duty of research ethics of research funding agencies. Comparing with other countries＇ project applications, we find that Chinese ap plications hardly have included the research ethics contents, and thus the research funding agencies didn＇t fulfill the research ethics obligations. Therefore, China＇s research funding agencies need to learn from other countries＇ experience and should add the protection of human subjects, animals and environment in project application.
