摘要
加强对科研伦理的审查和监督是保护参加科研项目的受试者安全和权益的重要举措。目前医疗机构的科研伦理审查建设大都处于比较初级的阶段,科研伦理审查机制亟需完善。通过健全相关制度和监管体系,加快区域伦理委员会的建设,提高委员的伦理审查能力;做好相关培训,普及科研人员的伦理意识,提高科研人员伦理水平;强化伦理审查在科研项目进展中的过程监管,建立完善规范的医院科研项目伦理审查机制,加强对医院科研项目的审查,是推动医院科研水平及科研能力不断提升的可行途径。
Strengthening the review and supervision of scientific research ethics is an important measure to protect the safety and rights of the subjects participating in scientific research projects. At present,the construction of scientific research ethics review in medical institutions is still in a relatively primary stage,and the mechanism of scientific research ethics review needs to be improved. To accelerate the construction of regional ethics committees by perfecting relevant system and supervision system;to improve the ethical review ability of committee members and do a good job in relevant training;to popularize the ethical consciousness of scientific research personnel and improve their ethical level;and to strengthen the supervision of ethical review in the progress of scientific research projects,establish a perfect and standardized ethical review mechanism of hospital scientific research projects and strengthen the review of hospital scientific research projects are feasible ways to promote the continuous improvement of hospital scientific research level and capacity.
