摘要
美国的科研伦理道德建设的实践经验,在一定程度上反映了当代科学技术对从业人员的客观道德要求,值得思考和借鉴。美国的科研伦理的核心价值理念主要包括:诚信、客观、负责和守法。这些同时也是科研人员应有的基本职业伦理素质。美国的科研伦理道德对科研人员如何处理与科研团队之间关系、如何对待实验对象、如何处理与社会之间关系提出了十分具体的职业行为规范和准则。美国科研职业伦理的实践重视加强科研人员的职业道德教育、完善防范科研不端行为的监管机制、健全促进负责任科研行为的法律体制。
The practical experience of the construction of research ethics in America reflects the objective demands of modern science and technology for practitioners to a certain extent,which merits further consideration and reference.The core values of research ethics in America are being honest,objective,responsible and law-abiding.These are also the essential professional ethics for researchers.Research ethics in America set up concrete professional code of conduct for researchers with regard to how they should manage their relationship with other team members,their research participants and the society.The practice of research ethics in America puts emphasis on the moral education of researchers,the perfection of the monitoring system against misconduct in scientific research,and the healthy development of a system that advocates responsible research.
