摘要
主要研究了榛蘑多糖的提取工艺及抗氧化活性。通过响应面分析法确定榛蘑多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,即液料比值14 g/L,超声功率209 W,乙醇质量分数72%,超声时间44 min。榛蘑多糖具有较强清除·OH的能力。随着榛蘑多糖浓度的增加,其清除能力逐渐增强。当榛蘑多糖质量浓度大于0.9 mg/m L时,其对·OH的清除率大于BHT和TBHQ。因此,榛蘑多糖有较好的抗氧化活性。
Mainly discuss the extraction of polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore and its antioxidation. The optimum extraction condition of polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore was determined by response surface method, such as the solution and material ratio for 14 g/L, extraction power for 209 W, ethanol concentration for 72%, and extraction time for 44 min. Polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore had strong scavenging ability to ·OH. The scavenging ability strengthened gradually with the concentration of polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore increased. When concentration of polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore was more than 0.9 mg/m L, the scavenging ability to ·OH was more strong than BHT and TBHQ at the same concentration. Thus, polysaccharide from Mellea armillaria Sporophore had good antioxidation.
