摘要
研究了蜜环菌多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用.实验小鼠经腹腔注射给予(i.p)不同剂量的蜜环菌多糖,对照组给予等量的生理盐水,每天给药1次,给药14天.给药结束后,用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、碳粒廓清实验观察小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬能力;采用MTT法测定小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力;用血清溶血素形成实验观察蜜环菌多糖对小鼠特异性体液免疫功能的影响.结果表明:腹腔注射蜜环菌多糖后,小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、脾脏T淋巴细胞的增殖能力、小鼠血清中特异性抗体含量均高于阴性对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究表明蜜环菌多糖是一种具有提高机体免疫力的免疫调节剂.
This test was made to study the immune regulating effect of Arrnillaria rnellea polysaccharid in mice. The experimental mouse was injected with different dosage of Armillaria mellea polysaccharid in the abdomen (i. p) , the group of comparison i. p with the same volume saline water once a day. 14 days after, observe the phagocytic function by peritoneal macrophage and the ability of carbon granular clearance, test the ability of the spleen lymphocytes proliferation by MTT, the influence to mice's humoral immunity were studie by hemolysin production level. The results showed that ArmiUaria mellea polysaccharid can induce the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage, promote the carbon granular clearance, accelerate the proliferation of T lymphocyte, enhance the specific humoral imnune function. All the results showed that Conclusion Armillaria rnaellea polysaccharid has active immunity regulation effect.
