摘要
目的 建立一种测定多糖含量的方法。方法 采用苯酚-硫酸比色法。结果 宫瘤宁片中多糖含量测定的线性范围9．312～74．496mg·L^-1（r=0．9997），该方法的精密度、重现性和回收率（平均回收率=98．51％）分别为0．82％、1．19％和0．89％。结论 用该方法测定多糖含量具有精密度高和重现性好的优点，可以作为药物的质量控制方法。
Aim To set up a measurable way for the determination of polysacchafide. Method Phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric analysis is employed. Result The measurable linear range of total polysaecharide is from 74. 496 mg·L^-1 to 9.312 mg·L^-1 （r =0. 9995 ）. Precision, reproducibility and recovery （ average recovery equals 98.51% ） are 0.82%, 1.19% and 0.89% respectively. Conclusion The method by which the amount of polysaccharide was determined exhibitsan advantage of high precision and reproducibility. So with this method the control for the quality of drug will be used.
