摘要
目的建立青丝线草中多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚—硫酸比色法。结果测得含量为13.74%,精密度及重复性良好,回收率为99.35%,RSD为1.3%。结论此方法操作简便,准确性好,为青丝线草的质量控制提供了一个定量方法和参考依据。
Objective To establish an UV method for the determination of polysaccarides in Purple hypoestes. Methods Phenol - Vitriol method. Results The content of polysaccharide was 13.74%, and its recovery rate was 99.35%, RSD was 1,3%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It will provide an excellent quantitative method and reference for quality control of Purple hypoestes herb.
