辣椒抗烟草花叶病毒相关基因研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 烟草花叶病毒(TMV)可侵染番茄、辣椒等多种作物,研究表明辣椒TMV抗性主要由L基因控制,通过L基因与病毒CP互作触发植物防御反应,引起植物抗病相关基因的表达。本文综述了近年来辣椒抗TMV的相关研究,总结了辣椒TMV抗性基因及其功能的研究进展。 Tobacco mosaic virus ( TMV ) can infect many crops such as pepper and tomato. Studies have found that TMV resistance was mainly controlled by L gene in Capsicum plants, and the CP of TMV was the factor required for the induction of host resistant response mediated by L gene. This paper summarized the research progresses achieved recently about pepper resistance to TMV, and on the function of this resistance gene.
