摘要
实践教学是高等学校培养学生综合创新能力的重要环节,植物病原物接种技术是植物病理学研究最基本的实验技能,为了让学生更好地学习和掌握病原物接种技术,归纳和总结了教学实践和SRT中最常用的方法:喷雾接种法、剪叶法、摩擦接种法。学生在实践过程中掌握病原物接种原理和方法,并能够灵活运用,培养了学生动手能力和创新精神,提高了学生的综合素质。
Practical teaching plays an important roal in improving students’ comprehensive innovation qualities. The inoculation technique of plant with pathogens is a basic experimental skill in plant pathology. In order to make students learn and master the technology better. This paper summarizes the most frequently used methods in practical teaching: the spray method, leaf cutting method and friction inoculation. Students can expertly master the above methods and use them flexibly. Practical teaching plays an irreplaceable function for training students’ ability of manipulative and solving problems and stimulating students’ enthusiasm for practice. Students’ comprehensive qualities are also improved.
