摘要
关于寸关尺部位和长度的记载,古今多有异同,结合文献记载和现代临床研究可知,关为寸尺的分界点,而寸尺则为传统阴阳理论观照下对人体脉动的两个观察'位置',以判断每段血流在此处'脉动'时所呈现的身体信息。这个部位当起于鱼际横纹后一分(约0.18~0.2cm)处,向尺泽方向延伸,长一寸九分。又因为'两生而参视'宇宙观的指导及医者观察的方便,故析寸关尺三部等长。换算成现代公制度量,成年人寸关尺的范围当在2.73cm^4.10cm,具体长度还要参考不同个体的臂长(即鱼际横纹到肘横纹的距离),这个数值约等于其臂长的17.3%。
There are many similarities and differences between ancient and modern records on the location and length of cun-guan-chi.Combining with literature and modern clinical research,it can be seen that guan is the dividing point of cun and chi,while cun and chi is the two‘positions’of observing human pulsation under the traditional yin-yang theory,in order to judge the body information presented by each section of blood flow in this‘pulsation’.This part starts at one point(about 0.18~0.2 cm)after the thenar cross striation and extends to the direction of Chize(PC3),one inch and nine minutes long.Because of the guidance of the cosmology of‘regard two beings as three’and consulting the convenience of doctor’s observation,it is believed that the length of cun-guan-chi is equal.In conversion to the modern metric system,the length of an adult’s cun-guan-chi ranges from 2.73 cm to 4.10 cm,and the specific length should also refer to the arm length of different individuals(the distance from the thenar cross striation to the elbow cross striation),which is approximately 17.3%of the arm length.
