摘要
目的客观准确的脉象信息是中医脉诊判断病理的重要依据,三部脉诊仪寸关尺精准定位为获得准确的脉象信息提供了保障。方法依据中医“三部九候”理论,本文提出基于机器视觉的寸关尺三部智能定位的方法。为实现寸口三部脉的脉搏信号准确采集,采用六个步进电机以及丝杠导轨搭建了脉诊仪的三部定位机构,实现脉搏传感器在水平面上的运动;使用摄像头实现腕部图像的获取,基于机器视觉算法实现寸关尺三部位置坐标的计算。结果基于OpenCV机器视觉库对腕部图像进行预处理后,进行皮肤分割、多边形轮廓拟合和角点检测等操作,根据中医脉诊理论和桡动脉解剖知识,识别出寸关尺三部的准确位置。最后基于RS485通信技术驱动控制水平运动的步进电机,将脉搏传感器移动到寸关尺对应的位置,实现寸关尺三部的智能定位。结论本研究可为脉诊三部自动定位研究提供参考,为智能脉诊仪的使用和推广奠定基础。
Objective Objective and accurate pulse information is an important basis for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis to determine pathology.The accurate positioning of the Cun-Guan-Chi pulse diagnostic instruments provides a guarantee for obtaining accurate pulse information.Methods Based on the theory of"three parts and nine positions"in Chinese medicine,this paper proposes a method for intelligent positioning of the three parts of the Cun-Guan-Chi based on machine vision.In order to achieve the accurate pulse signal acquisition of the three pulse parts of the cunkou,six stepper motors and a screw guide are used to construct the pulse diagnostic instrument′s three parts of Cun-Guan-Chi positioning module to realize the movement of the pulse sensor in the horizontal plane;a camera is installed above the wrist rest of the pulse diagnostic instrument to realize the wrist image acquisition,and the calculation of the coordinates of the three positions of the Cun-Guan-Chi is realized based on the machine vision algorithm.Results After pre-processing the wrist image based on the machine vision library OpenCV,skin segmentation,polygon contour fitting and corner point detection are performed to identify the exact position of the three parts of the Cun-Guan-Chi based on the theory of Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis and knowledge of radial artery anatomy.Finally,based on RS485 communication technology,the stepper motor controlling horizontal movement is driven to move the pulse sensor to the corresponding position of the Cun-Guan-Chi to realize the intelligent positioning of the three parts of the Cun-Guan-Chi.Conclusion This study can provide a reference for pulse diagnosis automatic positioning research and lay the foundation for the use and promotion of intelligent pulse diagnostic instruments.
