摘要 针对目前传统脉诊仪存在的成本高、操作方式复杂等问题,为验证基于气压传感器的脉象采集设备可行性,建立左心部位耦合动脉系统、左上肢及气体传导的等效电路模型仿真压力脉搏波与气压脉搏波。根据仿真模型搭建实验平台采集气压脉搏波,使用传统设备采集压力脉搏波,开展对比实验。结果表明:仿真两种波形的皮尔逊相关系数为0.937,实际采集20名被试的压力脉搏波与气压脉搏波的皮尔逊相关系数均值为0.970±0.012,且平均周期脉搏波的时间特征值无显著性差异。这为基于气体传导的便携式脉诊仪发展提供理论支撑。 Aiming at the problems of high cost and complex operation mode existing in current traditional pulse instrument,in order to verify the feasibility of pulse diagnosis equipment based on air pressure sensor,an equivalent circuit model of left heart coupling arterial system,left upper limb and air conduction established to simulate pressure pulse wave and barometric pulse wave.According to the sim-ulation model,the experimental platform built to collect barometric pulse wave,traditional equipment is used to collect pressure pulse wave,and comparative experiment is carried out.The results show that the Pearson coefficient of the simulated two waveforms is 0.937,and mean Pearson coefficient of the pressure pulse wave and the barometric pulse wave collected from 20 subjects is 0.970±0.012,and there is no significant difference in the time domain characteristic values of the average periodic pulse wave.This provides theoretical support for the development of portable pulse diagnosis instrument based on air conduction.
