摘要
多元文化对于人们的影响犹如一把"双刃剑",既有便利又有冲击。而对于学校核心价值观而言,多元文化的存在既意味着机遇又意味着挑战。从积极影响和消极影响两个角度、从学校组织和学校群体两个层面认识多元文化对学校核心价值观的影响,可明晰学校核心价值观培育的重要性与迫切性,从而有效推进学校核心价值观的培育研究。
Multi-culture, like a double-edged sword, has brought both convenience and shock to people. For the school core values, however, the coexistence of multiple cultures means both opportunities and challenges. When ana- lyzing the impact of multi-culture on school core values from the perspectives of positive and negative influences and from the two aspects of school organization and school community, we＇ll have a clear idea of the importance and ur- gency of fostering core values in the school, which will push forward related researches effectively.
