摘要
根据国家对高素质专门人才和拔尖创新人才的培养要求,提出了拔尖创新人才外语能力概念,建构了"3E"外语能力培养模式并应用于教学实践。以建构主义理论为指导,实施以内容为依托的课题研究性教学。在考核中,强调形成性评估的重要作用。实践证明,拔尖创新人才"3E"外语能力培养模式提高了学生的学术意识,增加了学术规范知识。然而一个学期的通用学术英语学习和研究课题的实践不能够完全满足学生对学术词汇以及文献综述和学术论文写作能力的要求,需要在将来的专业英语学习、硕士、博士阶段不断提升。
As our country needs high quality and top creative talents, a concept of foreign language proficiency of top creative talents is proposed. Based on that, a cultivation model of "3E" foreign language proficiency was constructed and applied to classroom teaching. Content-based and research-oriented teaching approach was adopted under the guidance of constructivism. In the process of assessment, more weight should be put on formative evaluation. It demonstrated that the cultivation model enhanced students academic awareness as well as how to do academic research. However, students' improvement in academic vocabulary, literature review and thesis writing needs long time practice in future learning.
