摘要
针对永磁直线电机推力波动对系统性能的影响,采用解析法与磁路法从电磁负荷与气隙长度的选取、极槽配合、绕组设计等方面进行解析分析。并利用Maxwell 2D有限元软件对设计的电机参数及运行性能进行仿真分析,以验证永磁直线电动机解析法与磁路法的合理性。
Force fluctuations inherent in permanent magnet synchronous linear moto( PMLSM) had a great affect to accuracy of servo control. This paper described the main factor causing force fluctuations. The main aspects affect the performance of PMLSM depends on the selection of the air gap,the polar moment,the number of poles and slots,the winding structure design,and the length of primary. Finite element analysis of the designed PMLSM by Maxwell 2D were compared with the results obtained by the equivalent magnetic circuit method and the analytical method,which proved the effectivness of the latter method.
