摘要
使用自主开发的永磁同步直线电机试验平台,对国产永磁同步直线电机进行电机气隙与推力、相电流关系试验、伺服刚度试验和重复定位精度试验。通过对国产永磁同步直线电机与科尔摩根同类直线电机的速度跟踪、反电势试验分析,得出该直线电机的主要性能指标已接近或达到科尔摩根同类直线电机的水平。
With the experimental platform for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM)s built by self-development, experiments are carried out on the motor air gap, thrust force and phase current relationship, servo stiffness, and repetition positioning accuracy of the PMLSM made in China. Through the experiments and analysis of the speed tracking and the back EMF experiments between the PMLSM mentioned above and that of the same Kollmorgen series, a conclusion is obtained that the main performance indices of this PMLSM are in the same level or near the same level of those of the same Kollmorgen series.
