摘要
本文选取知识共享这一典型的社会互动机制,结合批判性思维这一反映创新行为本质的变量,通过问卷调查分析包容型领导对员工创新行为的影响。结果表明:包容型领导对员工创新行为有显著的正向影响,这种激发作用可以通过员工知识分享行为间接作用于员工创新行为;同时,批判性思维会正向调节这一中介作用,它与知识分享的交互作用能够强化员工创新行为绩效的显现。
This paper selects knowledge sharing,the typical social interaction mechanism,and combines the critical thinking that reflect the nature of innovation behavior,to analyze the influence of inclusive leadership on employee innovative behavior through the questionnaire survey. The results show that inclusive leadership is positive to the employee innovation and the knowledge sharing has the mediating effect. This kind of stimulating effect has indirect effect on employee innovative behavior through employee knowledge sharing behavior; at the same time,critical thinking has positive moderating effect on this intermediary effect,and the interaction with the knowledge sharing will strengthen the employee innovation.
