摘要
论文关注创意从产生到实施的全过程,通过对现有文献研究脉络的系统梳理,挖掘这一过程的影响因素、作用机理和过程机制。基于现有文献,创意研究的主题演化脉络分为三个阶段:(1)关注影响因素及其差异性阶段,即从个体、管理者、团队和组织四个层面对可能的关键影响因素进行整理,同时剖析影响因素的差异性及其原因;(2)关注关系机理和影响路径阶段,即挖掘创意产生对创意实施影响的强度和方向,找寻可能影响两者关系的调节变量;(3)关注创意从产生到实施过程模型阶段,即探索创意产生与创意实施之间可能存在的中介阶段,挖掘创新过程的阶段性划分情况及其特征,为完整展现创意从产生到实施的过程提供理论支撑和模型解析。最后,从六个方面对创意从产生到实施的条件、作用机制、研究视角、分析方法等未来研究方向进行了展望。
Creativity is the source of innovation,the important premise and knowledge base of organizational innovation.Existing researches have provided insights on how to motivate employees’creativity,but yet those studies are not sufficient in explaining the difficulties to transform creative ideas into innovation.Reasons why the works on creative ideas are not in-depth are as follows:First,numerous studies fails to dig deep and clearly distinguish between idea generation and idea implementation,either in their conceptual arguments or in their empirical analyses.There are limitations for these researches as they ignore the complexity and stage characters of innovation process.Second,compared with many studies that motivate creative ideas,few studies explore the different impacts of the same factors on idea generation and idea implementation.Third,since there are only relatively few studies available regarding the impact path for idea generation and idea implementation,we need to explore the correlation between them.Fourth,the domestic research on the relationship between idea generation and idea implementation is still in the preliminary stage.Current researches in this field are fragmental and lack of systematic analysis.Therefore it is urgent to conduct a thorough research.The lack of systematic combing and literature review of creative idea research makes it more difficult to think,analyze and excavate the above problems.It is also unfavorable for the academic circles to form a relatively unified understanding and research paradigm.This paper focuses on the whole process of idea from generation to implementation.In order to understand the key research direction and development trend of creative idea research field in depth,this paper have based on 125 domestic and foreign key documents from WOS and CNKI database.By using citespace to sort out and visualize the key documents,we found that the development of creative idea research can be divided into three stages:(1)Focus on the influencing factors and their differenc
