摘要 目的研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(Cys C)对先兆子痫的预测价值。方法检测60名先兆子痫孕妇和正常孕妇在孕第15至16周的Hcy水平。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析法评价Hcy和Cys C对先兆子痫的预测价值,分析Hcy和Cys C与先兆子痫发生时间的关系。结果发生先兆子痫的孕妇在第15至16周的Hcy和Cys C水平显著高于正常孕妇。Hcy和Cys C预测先兆子痫的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.79和0.75。Hcy和Cys C水平越高,患者发生先兆子痫的时间越早。结论妊娠第15至16周的Hcy和Cys C水平可以预测先兆子痫的发生。 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the predictive value of homocysteine( Hcy) and cystatin C( CysC) for preeclampsia. Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 60 normal pregnancies were enrolled. Serum Hcy and Cys C levels were determined. The predictive value of Hcy and CysC for preeclampsia was evaluated by a receiver operating characteristic( ROC) curve analysis. The relationships between the onset time of preeclampsia and Hcy,CysC were analyzed. Results The pregnant women with preeclampsia had significantly higher serum Hcy and CysC levels than that of normal pregnant women. The areas under ROC curves of Hcy and Cys to predict preeclampsia were 0. 79 and 0. 75,respectively. Higher Hcy or Cys was associated with early onset of preeclampsia during pregnancy. Conclusion The Hcy or Cys level at15 th to 16 th week gestation can predict the onset of preeclampsia.
