摘要
检化验制样和检测设备自动化程度的提高有利于检化验数据的独立性和准确性。目前,全自动制样和检测设备在很多钢厂得到了充分利用,比如原料区域取制样全自动设备和钢铁成分分析全自动设备的应用已经非常成熟。但也有些钢厂,或者由于设备原因,或者操作人员自身原因,造成高价引进的全自动设备部分功能或整机设备闲置。因此,项目是否要引进全自动检化验设备,应结合自身情况进行充分的论证,选择最高性价比,以免造成配置过高,功能华丽但不实用。
The improvment of automatic degree of equipments for sample preparation and testing is benefit to independence and accuracy of experiment data. At present,full- automaic equipments of sample preparetion and testing have been fully applied. For example,the application of automatic equipments for sampling and analysis in stock yard and steelmaking is very mature. However,in some steel mills,the expensive automatic equipments are leave unused in idle because of the equipments and operators. So,whether import the full-automatic equipments or not should be demonstrationed in order to match own conditions.
