摘要
为解决企业检化验工作环节存在的制取样成本过高、样本检测费时费力等问题,规避由此引发的检化验效率下降困境,保障检化验精度和效能的综合提升,文章对全自动制样和检测设备进行深入探究。先简要分析全自动制样和检测设备在企业检化验室中运用的优势,然后归纳可行的运用方法,提出了合理规划设备集成方案、优化完善制样检测流程、改进智能控制中心系统等建议。
In order to solve the problems of high sampling costs and time-consuming sample testing in the process of enterprise testing,avoid the dilemma of reduced testing efficiency caused by this,and ensure the comprehensive improvement of testing accuracy and efficiency,the article introduces fully automatic sample preparation and testing equipment for in-depth exploration.Firstly,a brief analysis is conducted on the advantages of fully automated sample preparation and testing equipment used in enterprise testing laboratories.Then,feasible application methods are summarized,and suggestions are proposed for reasonable planning of equipment integration schemes,optimization and improvement of sample preparation and testing processes,and improvement of intelligent control center systems.
