摘要
通过对拉伸断口分层开裂试样进行低倍和高倍检验,分析分层开裂形成原因、并统计分析了分层开裂与钢板厚度和机械性能的相互影响。结果表明。
The paper analyses the formation reason of delaminating cracks by means of macro- and micro inspection and statistically analyses the dependence of delaminating cracks on plate thickness and mechanical properties . It is indicated that the delaminating cracks is caused by the effect of 3D stress, and it has no obvious effect on tensile and impact properties.
