摘要
介绍了钢铁企业检化验设施设计的思路及内容,包括设计原则、检化验设施组成及任务、检化验设施分析检测流程、分析检测方法、主要检化验设施设备配置。为更好地适应现代化钢铁工业的快速发展,总结提出了设置集中化、设备集成与自动化和数据管理信息化可作为未来检化验设施的重点发展方向,为今后钢铁企业检化验设施设计和建设提供了方向和科学指导。
This paper introduces the ideas and contents of inspection design for steel enterprises, including design principles, composition and tasks of inspection facilities, analysis and testing procedures of inspection facilities, analysis and testing methods, main equipment configuration. In order to better adapt to the rapid development of the modem steel industry, it is concluded that the centralization of the equipment, the integration and automation of the equipment, the informatization of data management and the informatization of the data management can be taken as the key development directions for the future inspection facilities. It provides direction and scientific guidance for the design and construction of inspection facilities for steel enterprises in the future
