摘要
目的:利用机器视觉及电子鼻技术对不同产地藤椒的粉末颜色及气味指标进行数值化描述,并实现不同产地藤椒的有效区分。方法:采用机器视觉及电子鼻技术对四川、重庆及云南产藤椒进行检测,获取样品特征图像及传感器的响应值,运用主成分分析(PCA)、判别因子分析(DFA)等方法对响应值进行数据处理。结果:经化学计量学分析,不同产地的藤椒能够明显被区分开,不同产地藤椒的粉末外观特征及气味差异悬殊,并与地域存在一定的相关性。
Objective:Use machine vision and electronic nose to distinguish the powder color and odor of Zanthoxylum armatum DC Prodr in different places of origin,and achieve its effectively distinguish.Methods:Use machine vision and electronic nose technology to detect Zanthoxylum armatum DC Prodr in Sichuan,Chongqing and Yunnan,get the response values of sample characteristic image and sensor,and the data is processed through principal component analysis(PQA),discriminant factor analysis(DFA).Results:By chemometric analysis,there are significant differences in the powder appearance characteristics and odor of Zanthoxylum armatum DC Prodr and there is a certain correlation with places of origin.
