摘要
我国劳动力市场正在经历刘易斯拐点,劳动力从过剩走向短缺,吸引和留住员工已经成为企业人力资源管理所要面临的关键问题。提高企业员工的工作满意度与组织承诺势在必行。研究通过问卷和访谈的方式对企业员工进行调查,以实证研究的方式,试图了解组织信任和心理控制源在工作满意度和组织承诺两者之间所起的调节作用。结果显示,工作满意度对组织承诺具有显著正向影响,组织信任和内在心理控制源均能加强工作满意度和组织承诺的正向相关关系。
The labor market is experiencing a Lewis turning point in our country,the shortage of the surplus labor force to attract and retain employees has become a key task for the enterprise human resources management Therefore,to improve employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment is imperative.Through the enterprise staff questionnaire survey,and using factor analysis and regression analysis on the organizational trust,psychological control source,the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment The results show that job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment,organizational trust and internal psychological control source of significant relation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
