摘要
目的:了解医学院校图书馆员社会支持、职业倦怠现状以及两者关联性。方法:2022年1~5月采用方便抽样选取185名医学院校图书馆员,采用一般人口学调查问卷、社会支持量表、职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查。结果:医学院校图书馆员社会支持总分(42.36±8.11)分,职业倦怠总分(2.40±0.89)分;Pearson相关分析显示,社会支持与职业倦怠各维度呈负相关(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,医学院校图书馆员职业倦怠受主观支持、工作环境满意程度的影响(P<0.05)。结论:医学院校图书馆员具有较满意的社会支持,职业倦怠总体水平不高,个体差异较大,提高医学院校图书馆员社会支持可降低其职业倦怠水平。
Objective:To understand the status of and correlation between social support and job burnout of librarians working in medical colleges.Methods:By convenience sampling,we conducted questionnaire survey on 185 librarians in medical colleges from January to May of 2022,using the general demographic questionnaire,Social Support Scale,and Job Burnout Scale.Results:The total score was(42.36±8.11)points for social support and(2.40±0.89)points for occupational burnout in the librarians surveyed.Pearson correlation analysis showed that various dimensions of social support were negatively correlated with occupational burnout(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the job burnout was affected by subjective support and satisfaction with the work environment in the medical college librarians(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social support is relatively better available,and the overall level of job burnout remains low in the medical college librarians.However,the difference appears relatively bigger among individuals,and improving the social support level can reduce the degree of job burnout for the librarians working in medical colleges.
