摘要
近年来,国家非常重视高校师德师风建设。良好的师德师风不仅有助于塑造学校灵魂,也有助于高职生养成良好的职业道德,从而能顺利走向社会。青年教师作为高职院校师资队伍中的中坚力量,其师德修养直接影响到学生素质和教学质量。文章通过对高职院校青年教师师德建设现状分析,提出高职院校青年教师师德建设对策建议,从而为高职院校青年教师师德能力的提升提供帮助。
In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the construction of ethics of teachers. Good ethics can not only contribute tothe building of school spirit, also help higher vocational students to develop good professional ethics, to go towards the society. Young teachers, as the backbone of teachers in higher vocational colleges, have a direct impact on the quality of students and the quality of teaching in their professional ethics.Through the analysis of the current situation of young teachers’ professional ethics construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of young teachers’ professional ethics in higher vocational colleges.
