摘要
教师是教育的灵魂,教师品德的高低将直接决定一个国家的教育水平。对高职院校教师师德建设现状进行了的简单的分析,找出问题的原因,并有针对性地提出了解决的对策:加强组织的领导,强化师德培训力度;树立典型榜样,建造良好的舆论环境;强化师德的监督考核评价,完善师德建设机制。
The teacher is the soul of education, and the level of teachers＇ ethics directly determines the education level of a country. In this paper, it analyzes the teacher ethics construction in higher vocational colleges, finds out the reasons, and comes up with the countermeasures： strengthen the leadership of the organization, enhance the training of teacher ethics; set the model and construct benign opinion environment; strengthen the supervision and evaluation of teacher ethics, perfect the teacher ethics construction mechanism.
