摘要
以糯玉米淀粉和氯乙酸为原料,乙醇和异丙醇为溶剂,通过正交试验,得到羧甲基糯玉米淀粉的最佳合成工艺为:糯玉米淀粉0.1 mol,溶剂配比[V(乙醇)∶V(异丙醇)]为4∶6,94%的溶剂55.1 m L,碱化时间60 min,碱化温度35℃,醚化时间4.5 h,醚化温度60℃,氯乙酸0.12 mol,Na OH 0.24 mol。通过单因素变量试验,得到羧甲基糯玉米淀粉糊料活性染料印花的最佳工艺为:色浆总质量100 g,糊料4%,染料2%,Na HCO33%,尿素5%,防染盐1%,95℃汽蒸10 min。
Waxy maize starch and chloroacetic acid are used as raw materials, ethanol and isopropanol are used as solvents to prepare carboxymethyl waxy maize starch. According to the orthogonal experi- ment, the optimal synthesis process of carboxymethyl waxy maize starch is: waxy maize starch 0.1 tool, V(ethanol): V(isopropanol)=4: 6, 94% solvent 55.1 mL, alkalization at 35℃ for 60 min, etherification at 60℃ for 4.5 h, chloroacetic acid 0.12 mol, NaOH 0.24 mol. According to single factor test, the optimal printing process of carboxymethyl waxy maize starch is: color paste total mass 100 g, thickener 4%, dyes 2%, NaHCO3 3%, urea 5%, resist salt 1%, steaming at 95℃ for 10 min.
