摘要
为了提升亚麻织物数码印花效果,利用羟乙基纤维素的性能及价格优势,研究了以羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂的糊料配比中各组分对亚麻织物数码印花效果的影响,从表观得色量、色相、渗化率、色牢度、织物硬挺度等角度进行综合评价,提出了优化方案。结果表明:在优化的上浆工艺条件下,羟乙基纤维素预处理能有效减弱染料向织物内部以及四周的扩散能力,使亚麻织物的数码喷墨印花在得色量、轮廓清晰度、颜色纯度上获得良好的效果;以单组分羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂,印花织物手感偏硬,与海藻酸钠复配则可大大改善织物手感,即羟乙基纤维素与海藻酸钠复配后满足了亚麻织物数码喷墨印花的各项性能要求。
In order to improve the digital printing effect of linen fabric and make use of advantages of hydroxyethyl cellulose in the performances and price, this paper studied the influences of each component in the printing paste, including hydroxyethyl cellulose, on the digital printing effect of linen fabric. Comprehensively testing and evaluating were made in the value of K/S, color hue, permeability, color fastness and fabric stiffness. Finally, the optimization proposal was put forward. The results show that under the optimized parameters, the pretreatment by hydroxyethyl cellulose can effectively reduce the diffusion ability of dyes to the inside and around the fabric, so as to obtain good results in color strength, outline sharpness and color purity for the digital ink-jet printing in the linen fabric.The experiment finds that hydroxyethyl cellulose thickener and the printed fabric is hard in hand, and this can be greatly descended with the aid of sodium alginate. In a word, the combination of hydroxyethyl cellulose and sodium alginate can meet the performance requirements of digital ink-jet printing in linen fabric.
