摘要
介绍了羧甲基淀粉的合成原理和方法,综述了羧甲基淀粉的应用现状及存在问题,展望了羧甲基淀粉的研究方向和发展前景。
The synthesis principles and methods of carboxymethyl starch（CMS） were introduced in this paper. The application status and existing problem of CMS were also reviewed. Additionally, the research directions and developme nt prospects of CMS were further outlined.
