摘要
目的探讨不同锻炼方式对青少年心理应激的影响效应。方法运用实验法、数理统计法等进行研究。结果 1不同锻炼方式对青少年心理应激的影响效应不同,自主合作组优于合作组(t=4.57,P<0.01),合作组优于独立组(t=3.24,P<0.01);2不同锻炼时间对青少年心理应激的影响效应不同,12周锻炼优于4周(t=2.98,P<0.01)和8周锻炼(t=1.69,P>0.05);3不同锻炼强度对青少年心理应激的影响效应不同,小强度锻炼优于大强度锻炼(t=3.29,P<0.01),中强度锻炼优于大强度锻炼(t=3.89,P<0.01)。结论不同锻炼方式、锻炼时间和锻炼强度对青少年心理应激具有缓解效应。
[Objective]To explore the effect of different exercise methods on psychological stress in adolescents. [Methods]The experimental method and mathematical statistics were adopted in the study. [Results]①The different exercise methods had different effect on psychological stress in adolescents, while the effect of autonomous cooperation group was better than that of cooperation group (t =4.57, P〈0.01), and theeffect of cooperation group was better than that of independent group (t =3.24, P〈0.01 ). ②The different exercise duration had different effect on psychological stress in adolescents, while the effect of 12 weeks of exercise group was better than that of 4 weeks group(t=2.98, P〈0.01) and 12 weeks group(t=1.69, P〉0.05).③The different exercise intensity had different effect on psychological stress in adolescents, while the effect of low intensity exercise group was better than that of high intensity exercise group (t=3.29, P〈0.01), and the effect of medium intensity exercise group was better than that of high intensity exercise group (t=3.89, P〈0.01 ).[Conclusion]The different exercise method, exercise duration and exercise intensity can relieve the psychological stress in adolescents.
