摘要
以58名边缘化大学生为被试,采用准实验不等同比较组的前后测进行设计,以体育干预为自变量,边缘化程度为因变量,采用游戏、拓展训练为主要干预手段,对其进行为期12周的体育干预。研究结果表明,体育干预对不同程度边缘化被试的边缘化程度均有显著改善,且对轻度边缘化被试的干预效果优于中度边缘化被试;停止干预3个月后,实验组被试的边缘化程度有所上升,进一步证实了体育干预的锻炼效果。
A 12-week sports intervention study is conducted on 58 marginalized college students,with quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design.The experimenter takes sports intervention as an independent variable,the degree of marginalization as a dependent variable and sports as the main intervention.The results show that sports intervention does work and the situation has improved,especially for those of low-degree marginalization.After three months when the intervention is quit,the degree of marginalization of the subjects tend to be higher,which also shows the positive effects of sports intervention on marginalized students.
