摘要
目的探讨不同运动干预方案对青少年心理应激的缓解效果以及随时间变化的特征。方法以773名学生为被试,运用3种持续16周的干预方案来检测对青少年心理应激的缓解效果。结果 1不同干预时间对青少年心理应激的干预效应不同,16周的干预效果优于8周(t=2.78,P<0.05)和干预前(t=4.15,P<0.01),8周的干预效果优于干预前(t=2.24,P<0.05)。2不同干预方案对青少年心理应激的干预效应不同,"身体素质+体育游戏+球类"干预方案最适合初中学生(F=3.26,P<0.01)、"天天练+课课练+周周练"干预方案最适合小学生(F=3.43,P<0.01)、"身体素质+球类"干预方案最适合高中学生(F=3.67,P<0.01)。3不同干预类型的主效应具有统计学意义(F=40.82,P<0.01)、不同干预时间的主效应具有统计学意义(F=32.96,P<0.01)、干预类型和时间的交互效应具有统计学意义(F=37.26,P<0.01)。结论不同干预方案都对青少年心理应激具有缓解效果,且随干预时间的延长,效果更加明显。
[Objective] To explore the remission effect of different exercise intervention on psychological stress and the characteristics of time variation in adolescents.[Methods]A total of 773 students were selected as subjects,and the remission effect of 3 kinds of intervention programs lasting 16 weeks on psychological stress was tested.[Results] 1 The intervention effects of different intervention time on psychological stress of adolescents were different,the intervention effect of 16 weeks was better than that of 8 weeks(t=2.78,P0.05)and before the intervention(t=4.15,P0.01),and the intervention effect of 8 weeks was better than that before the intervention(t =2.24,P 0.05). 2 The intervention effects of different intervention programs on psychological stress of adolescents were different,the intervention program of "physical quality + sports game + balls"was most suitable for junior high school students(F=3.26,P0.01),"everyday practice + class practice + week practice"was most suitable for elementary school students(F=3.43,P0.01),"physical quality + balls"was most suitable for high school students(F=3.67,P 0.01). 3 The main effect of different intervention types was statistically significant(F =40.82,P 0.01),the main effect of different intervention time was statistically significant(F=32.96,P0.01),and the interaction effect of intervention type and time was statistically significant(F=37.26,P0.01).[Conclusion]The different intervention programs all can relieve the psychological stress of adolescents,and the effect is more obvious with the extension of intervention time.
