摘要
基于国内外学者的相关研究报告,对亚健康的体育干预研究现状进行了综述,探讨了体育干预措施对于亚健康的预防与治疗功效,分析了目前研究中存在的问题,并就今后进一步深入研究提出了一些看法.
Based on the reports of relevant researches of the scholars at home and abroad, we summarized the present research situation of interference in Physical Education for subhealth and probed its effect on prevention and treatment of subhealth. We also analysed some existing problems of present research and put forward some opinions on further research in the future.
