摘要
在计划生育实施20多年后的今天,面对新的生存处境,国家制定了新的人口政策——全面放开"二胎"。这一政策的实施必将引发社会各方面的伦理问题,处于发展进程中的女性主义关怀伦理学为正面思考、审查这些伦理问题并探求其解决途径提供了新的视野和方法:女性关怀伦理强调关怀和责任的作用,揭示"二胎"政策面临的生存困境及其伦理难题,从情感和情境的角度探析"二胎"政策对女性产生的影响,希望能为女性获得更多的公平权利和社会重视。
Twenty years after the application of the family planning policy,facing the new living situations,China set a new population policy,allowing all couples to have two children. The implementation of this policy will certainly trigger a variety of ethical issues from all sectors of society. The feminist care ethics provides new views and methods to think and review these issues positively and finally seek corresponding solutions. The feminist ethics lays stress on functions of care and responsibility,exposes the existing difficulties and ethical issues faced by the two- child policy,and analyses its impacts on women from emotional and situational viewpoints,hoping that the women could gain more equal rights and social attention.
