摘要
20世纪80年代以来,女性主义伦理学家围绕着"正义伦理与关怀伦理"和"自我与他者"等主题展开了短暂论辩。通过梳理这些论争的背景、缘起、焦点与发展脉络,文章探讨了3个问题:如何重新定位伦理、定位自我和定位他者?指出,女性主义伦理论争的共同目的在于对现代主义的核心观点提出了根本挑战,重新形塑了其分析范畴,转变了当代思想话语中的传统范式,造成以哈贝马斯为代表的普遍主义学说的困境。
Since the 1980s feminist ethicists engaged in a debate on the ＂ethics of justice as opposed to the ethics of care＂ and the concepts of ＂the self and the other＂. This paper examines the background, the origin, the focus and development tendencies of the debate and discusses the following three issues： how to redefine ethics, the self and the other. It suggests that the goals of the debate in feminist ethics are to challenge the core concepts of modernity, reshape the scope of analysis and transform the traditional paradigms of modem discourse, posing a dilemma to universalism represented by Habermas.
