摘要
二孩政策的实施具有重大意义,其使人口结构合理化、家庭模式多样化、养老问题明显缓解、亲子关系日趋合理。但同时也存在多方面的伦理问题:女性生育权的归属问题,独生子女遭遇的二孩焦虑,男女比例的继续失衡,女性再生育所遭遇的职业困境,对女性健康的影响及对家庭经济的影响。因此,国家及社会应尊重和维护女性的生育权利,保障女性职业稳定,注重家庭伦理教育,宣扬尊老爱幼的传统美德,完善和发展社会养老保障体系,确保二孩政策的科学实施,共同建设和谐美满家庭及和谐社会。
The implementation of two - child policy has great significance. It can rationalize the population structure, diversify the family model, easethe pension problem significantly, and rationalize parent -child relation- ships. At the same time, there exist ethical problems in some aspects of society, such as the attribution of female reproductive rights, the anxiety the only child suffered from the second child, the continuing imbalance of gender, the occupational predicament of female reproduction, the effects on women health and family economy. Therefore, the country and society should respect and maintain women＇s reproductive rights, guarantee women＇s occupational stability, pay attention to the education of family ethics, promote the traditional values of respecting the old and cherishing the young, and develop the social old -age security system, thus to ensure the effective implementation of the two - child policy and build a harmonious family and society.
