摘要
目的探讨TRUST滴度对不同分期梅毒的诊断价值。方法研究对象为整群选取2013年5月—2015年5月就诊于该院各相关临床科室检测出的梅毒患者162例,按照梅毒分期分为一期组(n=59)、二期组(n=17)和潜伏组(n=86),3组患者均接受甲苯胺红不加热血清学试验(TRUST)和梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA),观察各组患者TRUST滴度分布情况,比较两种试验阳性率。结果 TRUST滴度为1:16以上的一期组18.7%、潜伏组16.3%均低于二期组47.1%;二期组两种试验检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);一期组和潜伏组TRUST试验阳性率较TPPA试验显著较低(P<0.05)。结论 TRUST滴度与梅毒病情进展相关,可用于判断疾病程度及临床治疗效果,对二期梅毒的诊断敏感度较高,临床可酌情选择使用。
Objective To observe the diagnostic value of TRUST titre for different stages of syphilis. Methods 162 cases of patients with syphilis detected in each clinical administrative office of our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into the first phase group（n=59）, the second phase group（n=17） and the incubation group（n=86）according to the different phases of syphilis, the three groups all received toluidine red unheated serological test（TRUST）and treponema pallidum particle agglutination test（TPPA）, the distribution of TRUST titre of the three groups was compared and the positive rate of the two tests was compared. Results TRUST titer above 1：16 was 18.7% in the first phase group and 16.3% in the incubation group, which were lower than that in the second phase group（47.1%）, there was no statistically difference between the two test results in the second phase（P〉0.05）; the positive rate of TRUST test was obviously lower than that of TPPA test in the first phase group and the incubation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TRUST titer is related to the progression of syphilis, and it can be used to judge the degree of disease and clinical treatment effect and has a higher diagnostic sensitivity for the second phase of syphilis, which can be conditionally chosen and applied in clinic.
