摘要
解决"招工难"与"就业难"的关键在于提高新生代农民工的就业能力。文章采用内容分析法,通过提炼编码面向新生代农民工的职位招聘信息,分析企业对新生代农民工就业能力的需求情况;基于Fugate(2004)提出的就业能力框架,通过问卷调查,分析已实现就业新生代农民工就业能力的供给情况,并指出当就业能力的需求和供给达到平衡时,新生代农民工实现就业。基于上述结果,提出新生代农民工就业能力提升的对策和建议。
The key to alleviate"difficult employment"and"difficult recruitment"is to improve the employability of new-gen-eration migrant workers. The paper,using the content analysis method,analyzes the demand of new-generation migrant work-ers' employability through job recruitment information for new-generation migrant workers by refining the code. Based on theemployability framework of Fugate(2004),the paper analyzes the supply of employability of new-generation migrant workersin the enterprises through the questionnaire survey. Moreover,the paper points out when the supply of employability of new-generation migrant workers meet the demand of employability of enterprises,new-generation migrant workers would have ac-cess to employment. On the basis of above study results,the paper puts forth countermeasures and suggestions to improve theemployability of new-generation migrant workers.
