摘要
建立科学的就业能力评价指标体系是为新生代农民工提供合适就业支持政策和具体服务举措的关键和保证。本文采用层次分析和Delphi咨询法,提出了基于微观个体、中观环境和宏观政策三个评估维度的新生代农民工就业能力评价指标体系。研究通过不断的实践修正,获得了25个具体的评价指标和相应权重。这一指标体系的提出,旨在为提高新生代农民工劳动、就业等公共服务的政策效率提供参考,也为学术界后续量化研究打下基础。
The key to and guarantee of providing suitable support policy and service measures for New- generation migrant workers is building scientific employability evaluation indicator system. Using AHP and Delphi methods, this paper delivers an evaluation indicator system for New-generation migrant workers' employability based on three dimensions-micro-individual, meso-surrounding and macro-policy. We get 24 indicators and corresponding weights through constant practice and alteration. The aim of building this indicator system is providing references for improving the policy efficiency of public services and laying foundation for subsequent quantitative research.
