摘要
运用SPSS对Van der Heijde的可就业能力量表进行探索性分析并确认该量表对我国企业员工具有较好的适用性。对使用该量表所获得的数据进行层次回归分析后发现,可就业能力对员工职业探索行为具有显著的推动作用;可就业能力对员工离职倾向并无影响,但对工作绩效有显著影响,且工作投入对员工可就业能力与工作绩效之间的关系起调节作用。
Using SPSS for Van Der Heijde' s employability scale, exploratory analysis confirmed that the scale has a better adaptability to Chinese employees. On the basis of this scale hierarchical, regression analysis showed that employability has a significant role in promoting employees' career exploratory behavior. Although it has no effect on the turnover tendency, it has a significant influence on job performance. And job involvement plays a regu- latory role between employability and job performance
