摘要
通过对就业能力问题产生的社会经济背景因素以及就业能力的不同释义的探讨能够发现,就业能力体现在个人层面上是个人职业成功的关键;体现在组织层面上是组织保持弹性和活力的关键;体现在政府层面上是社会经济可持续发展的关键。从高等教育的角度讲,拥有就业能力才能使毕业生获得持久的就业和职业生涯保障。
Tbe paper reviews the previous researches on employability, social and economy factors of employability are also analyzed. Different meanings of employability are defined. Then, this paper concludes three aspects of increasing employability. Academia has inquired employability on college students. What's more, a framework for employability research is developed. Future research direction has been discussed finally.
