正交试验法优选定痛宁颗粒的乙醇提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的优选定痛宁颗粒的乙醇提取工艺。方法以浸膏率和丹参酮ⅡA含量等综合加权评分为指标,采用L18(37)正交设计试验,并以乙醇体积分数、加醇量、浸泡时间、提取时间及提取次数作为考察因素,优选定痛宁颗粒的乙醇回流提取工艺。结果最佳醇提工艺为药材浸泡0 h,加6倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,提取时间3 h。结论本研究优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为定痛宁颗粒的工业生产提供了依据。 Objective To optimize ethanol extraction technologyDingtongning Granule.Methods With yield of extract and content of tanshinoneⅡA as comprehensive evaluation indexes, the concentration of ethanol, the amount of ethanol, soaking time, extraction time and extraction times were selected as observing factors. Orthogonal design test L18(37) was used to optimize ethanol extraction technology ofDingtongning Granule.Results Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: soaking medicine for 0 hour; 2 times with 6 times of the amount of 80% ethanolre; flux extracted 3 hours each time.Conclusion This optimal extraction technology is stable and reliable, which can provide basis for industrial production ofDingtongning Granule.
